3.1. The presentation of the art prints in the Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.
3.2. By clicking the button “Buy Now” (or similar), the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
3.3. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order via a separate order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods.<\/p>\n
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Detailed information on this right, its consequences, and the model withdrawal form can be found on our separate page: “Right of Withdrawal”.<\/p>\n
5.1. All prices listed in the Shop are total prices.
5.2. No VAT is charged (Small business owner).
5.3. Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices and will be clearly communicated to the customer in the shopping cart and before the order is finalized.<\/p>\n
6.1. Payment can be made via **PayPal** or **WooPay**.
6.2. When processing payments, we work with external payment service providers (see our Privacy Policy). The terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers apply.<\/p>\n
7.1. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
7.2. Ordered goods are delivered within 7 business days.<\/p>\n
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n
The statutory warranty provisions of Austrian law (ABGB) apply.<\/p>\n
9.1. Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
9.2. If the customer is an entrepreneur (Unternehmer), the place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the competent court in Vienna, Austria.<\/p>\n
