The Artist
The artist Robin "Mriri" Reithmayr, born in Vienna in 1993, has been deeply dedicated since the age of 25 to exploring psychedelics, their therapeutic potential, and his own spiritual self-exploration. These journeys shape his artistic work, which he realizes through ink and digital editing in Photoshop.
His works reflect processes of expanded consciousness and awakening, merging inner experience, healing, and contemporary art.
The Journey
Robin has been painting since childhood. Three years ago, he briefly studied at the Vienna Art School but soon realized he was underchallenged there and decided to pursue his own artistic path. He also studied Language Arts at the University of Applied Arts Vienna for a time, which deepened his sense of expression and creativity.
A year ago, he spent six months working in a studio at the Creative Cluster before beginning to develop his works from home. Alongside visual art, Robin was active for several years in poetry slam, which shaped his style of expression and sense of rhythm and language.
In addition, he completed training as a mindfulness and meditation instructor, as well as in yoga—experiences that have had a lasting influence on his artistic work and his perspective on consciousness and self-development.
